Moisture content in concrete subfloors should be less than 3#/24hr/1,000SF using the calcium chloride test or less than 75% RH using an in situ probe per ASTM F1869 and F2170. Dust, paint, residual adhesives or other surface contaminants should be removed by appropriate means. Heated subfloors, drywall, wood subfloors, levelers, patches and lightweight concrete should be primed. Lay the flooring in the adhesive, position it correctly and press firmly.
